Step 1:
How to bake pollock in sour cream with cheese in the oven? First, prepare the ingredients according to the list.
Step 2:
Defrost the fish, dry it with napkins, gut the entrails, cut off the head (if any), tail and fins.
Step 3:
Rinse the pollock under a stream of cold water, cut into small pieces, blot with a napkin. Season with salt, pepper and oil with sunflower oil.
Step 4:
