Cooking method
The preparation of products is so simple and takes little time that it is better to start by turning on the oven to warm up. Turn on 190 degrees, mode without convection.
In a deep dish, we prepare the sauce. It is on him that the task is assigned to impregnate potatoes and sausages so that they turn out tender and incredibly tasty. In a deep bowl, combine milk and broth. It can be any, beef, chicken and even vegetable, it all depends on personal preferences. Garlic is cleaned, washed, wiped dry and pressed through a press. If desired, you can finely chop with a knife. Add salt and ground black pepper to the liquid ingredients to taste, season with garlic and mix the ingredients well.
It is better to take pink or purple potatoes, they cook quickly and boil well in the process. Peel the potatoes, rinse with running water and wipe dry. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Sausages for cooking casseroles can be taken of any variety. It is better if they are without fat and cheese, medium thickness. You can use a little smoked, so you can diversify the taste with each preparation.
Cut the sausages into rings. We put the sliced potatoes and sausages in a large bowl, mix them so that the distribution of products in the finished version is uniform.
Fill the dry ingredients with liquid sauce and send the casserole into the oven for baking. At 190 degrees, the process takes about an hour and a half. You can control the readiness by the golden crust on the surface and the condition of the potatoes. It should be soft and falling apart.
If the top of the casserole is already well baked, and the potatoes are still raw, you can cover the top with foil, shiny side up. This will save the casserole from burning.
Wash the greens, dry them and chop them finely. Sprinkle the finished casserole with herbs and serve to the table.
Bon appetit!
