Capelin must be thawed in advance if you use ice cream, and rinsed under water. Put it on a baking sheet greased with sunflower or vegetable oil. Add salt, add spices for fish, roll in flour. I recommend putting the capelin in a plastic bag, add a little flour and shake everything so that a thin layer of flour appears on the fish, then it will bake better. In the oven, heated to 200 degrees Celsius, put a baking sheet with prepared capelin. The oven temperature can be set and more, then the food will be cooked earlier.
This dish is prepared very quickly and simply, with a minimum of effort and expense, and it turns out very tasty, unusual and satisfying. This taste has been familiar to me since childhood, and I am happy to please my loved ones with such an ordinary, but at the same time original dish.
