Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To begin with, we will prepare the baskets ourselves. To do this, take the pita bread and use a brush to moisten its surface with water. Cut the pita bread first into strips, and then into rectangles of arbitrary length.
Step 2:
The cupcake molds are lined with overlapping pieces of lavash, so that the lavash fits well, moisten it a little with water. It took me 2-3 pieces of pita bread for each basket.
Step 3:
Put the baskets in the oven and bake at 180 C for about 8 minutes. Make sure that the edges do not burn. Tartlets are ready, now they can be stuffed with any salad, pate or mousse.
Step 4:
For example, I offer a very simple, but very tasty salad. We take ham, cheese, pickled mushrooms, bell peppers and onions.
Step 5:
Cut all the ingredients into a small cube.
Step 6:
Mix and season with mayonnaise.
Step 7:
Fill the baskets with the resulting salad, let it brew for 30 minutes (although I don't always follow this rule) and serve. Bon appetit!
