Step 1:

Peel the rainbow trout. Wash it.
Step 2:

Cut lengthwise. Release the fish from the spine and small bones.
Step 3:

Put the fish on a baking sheet with the skin down.
Step 4:

Pour lemon juice over the trout. Pepper it.
Step 5:

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 9-10 minutes.
Step 6:

Cut the fish into portions and serve with a slice of lemon.
