Step-by-step cooking
Knead the dough in a bread maker. to do this, pour cream, melted butter, egg yolks, granulated sugar, salt, flour, yeast into the container. Knead the yeast dough. When our dough is ready, we divide it into equal-sized balls. Now we roll out each ball into a thin cake with a diameter of about a decimeter. Spread out the cooled filling, retreating from the edge by about 1 cm. How we prepare the filling: fill the cherry with sugar and let it brew for about an hour. After that, drain the syrup and add starch, stir. Now we fold the dough into a triangle, carefully pinching the edges. Now we lay out the pies on a greased baking sheet, lubricate them with egg and send them to a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
