Step-by-step cooking
Cut potatoes into quarters and cook in salted water.
Mix pepper, garlic, rosemary and salt with lemon juice and olive oil.
Preheat a frying pan over medium heat. Cut the chicken breasts in half and fry on all sides until golden brown. Add the chopped mushrooms and potatoes, fry everything, stirring constantly. Pour over the spice sauce.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Put the pan with the meat in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. You can serve it on the table.
