Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
For the cake, it is necessary to prepare honey dough in advance. Prepare the necessary ingredients for this.
Step 2:
In a non-stick saucepan, combine butter and honey. Put it on the fire and melt it.
Step 3:
Separately combine the eggs with sugar and mix them with a whisk.
Step 4:
The butter should almost melt, but not have time to heat up to a hot state. At this time, add the egg mixture to it, mix well and return the pan to the fire. While stirring, bring the mass to a boil.
Step 5:
Remove the pan from the heat and immediately add the soda. Mix it up. In this case, the reaction of honey with soda will occur and the mass will begin to foam and increase in volume. Then cool the honey mass to a warm or room state.
Step 6:
Pour flour into the honey mass and knead the dough. It may seem that the dough is asking for more flour, but it is absolutely not necessary to add it. The dough may stick to your hands a little.
Step 7:
Put the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. During this time, it will lie down and it will be convenient to work with it. It will stop sticking.
Step 8:
For the stencil of the number 8, fold the A4 sheet in half and draw half of the number 8 on one half of it. Cut it along the contour. So it will turn out symmetrical. If desired, you can cut out the inner circles in the figure.
Step 9:
Roll out the finished dough with a thickness of about 4-5 mm and cut out the figure along the contour of the stencil. Prick the dough with a fork over the entire surface of the figure and bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, 4-7 minutes.
Step 10:
Cool the finished cakes.
Step 11:
To prepare the cream, take chilled cream with a fat content of at least 33%, And heat the curd cheese to room temperature.
Step 12:
Whisk cream with powdered sugar into a fluffy cream. Then stir in the creamy, curd cheese.
Step 13:
Fill the pastry bag with cream, cut off the tip from it and put the cream on the entire surface of the figures. If desired, you can add a little berry jam to the layer of the cake.
Step 14:
Putting the cake on the cake, assemble the cake. Using melted chocolate, select the contour of the inner part of the number 8.
Step 15:
Put the top of the cake with cream as well. Cover the cake with something so that it can soak well. I usually put it in a cake box and close it tightly so that all the moisture from the cream is absorbed into the cakes, thereby soaking them well. Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight.
