Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients
Step 2:
In a clean, deep bowl, break the eggs, add sugar and salt. Beat with a mixer.
Step 3:
Beat eggs with sugar to a state of volumetric foam. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Beat everything with a mixer until smooth, fluffy mass.
Step 4:
The dough should not be liquid and not thick.
Step 5:
Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour out the dough and put it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes. We check the readiness with a match. A biscuit can be baked in a multevark.(program "baking " 1 hour.)
Step 6:
Take out the biscuit and cool.
Step 7:
While the biscuit is baking, we prepare the cream: egg, sugar and flour are ground in a bowl.
Step 8:
Rub until smooth.
Step 9:
Add milk to the cream mass, stir thoroughly and cook the cream over low heat. When cooking the cream, you need to stir continuously, otherwise lumps will form and the cream may burn. I make this cream in a water bath, so it's safer and more convenient.
Step 10:
As soon as the cream thickened and the first bubbles appeared, remove from heat and add butter. Cool the cream.
Step 11:
Cut the cooled biscuit into 2 cakes.
Step 12:
Cook syrup from sugar and water. Soak the bottom cake.
Step 13:
Put the cream on the cake. Leave 2 spoons to coat the top.
Step 14:
Cover with the second cake and cover the whole cake with the remaining cream.
Step 15:
Break a chocolate bar and melt it with butter.
Step 16:
Put hot chocolate on the cake
