Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a pie Sprinkle with cottage cheese? Measure out the necessary ingredients for the sand crumbs. The butter should be frozen, so take it out of the freezer immediately before cooking.
Step 2:
Sift the flour into a suitable-sized bowl so that the flour becomes airy. This will make the sand crumbs more crumbly.
Step 3:
Combine the flour with sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar, mix.
Step 4:
In the dry mixture, grate the frozen butter on a coarse grater.
Step 5:
Rub cold butter with flour mixture with your hands. Do this quickly so that the oil does not melt from the heat of your hands. Put the sand crumbs in the refrigerator.
Step 6:
Prepare the filling for the pie. Take cottage cheese soft, without hard grains, not very moist, but not dry. Vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanilla (at the tip of the knife).
Step 7:
To make the filling more tender, grind the cottage cheese in a blender, adding eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the amount of sugar to taste.
Step 8:
A homogeneous, smooth, tender curd mass is obtained.
Step 9:
Cover the bottom of the baking dish with parchment. I have a shape diameter of 18 cm. Lightly lubricate the walls of the mold with vegetable oil. Remove the sand crumbs from the refrigerator, pour about 3/4 into the mold. Lightly pressing, form the bottom and sides of the pie.
Step 10:
Lay out the curd filling, smooth it out.
Step 11:
Sprinkle the remaining sand crumbs evenly on top of the filling.
Step 12:
Bake the pie in a preheated 180C oven for 30-35 minutes until lightly browned. The cooking time and mode may be different, be guided by the features of your oven. Cool the finished cake and take it out of the mold.
Step 13:
Cut the pie "Sprinkle " with cottage cheese into portions and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
So that the oven has time to heat up to the desired temperature, turn it on in advance (10-20 minutes before the start of cooking).
Any heat-resistant form is suitable for this recipe. If you use a silicone mold, then you do not need to smear it with butter or margarine. But it is better to lightly lubricate metal, ceramic or glass dishes with vegetable oil so that the baking does not burn.
