Step 1:
Prepare the specified ingredients. Boil the rice in advance and cool it. Boil and peel the eggs. Defrost puff pastry at room temperature. Fresh greens will suit any at will.
Step 2:
In a deep bowl, mix boiled rice, chopped boiled eggs, chopped fresh herbs (onion, dill, parsley), canned tuna mashed with a fork.
Step 3:
Mix everything, add salt and pepper to taste. To prevent the filling from turning out dry, add either mayonnaise or sour cream to taste.
Step 4:
Grease the baking dish with oil. Roll out a layer of puff pastry slightly larger than the size of the mold.
Step 5:
Put the filling evenly on the dough, again for juiciness, add butter.
Step 6:
Cut strips from the second layer and cover the pie with them, making a mesh. Lubricate the top with a raw egg and put it in a preheated 180 gr.oven for 25-30 minutes.
