Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To make a cake with meringue, you don't need many products at all: condensed milk (sometimes they take boiled condensed milk, if you like it more, then cook it yourself, because the store most often contains far from useful additives); butter, cocoa powder and the meringue itself. Condensed milk, too, choose one that contains only milk and sugar, butter - at least 82.5% fat content (the rest contains margarine).
Step 2:
Let me remind you how we make meringue (the full recipe was posted by me earlier). To do this, take a fresh egg and sugar. The protein is separated from the yolk.
Step 3:
Sugar in a coffee grinder is brought to the state of powder, mixed with egg white.
Step 4:
Beat with a mixer gradually until stable peaks.
Step 5:
Spread on a baking sheet and dry in the oven at 90 degrees for 2 hours.
Step 6:
Prepare the cream. Take softened butter.
Step 7:
In a small container, mix 2 spoons of condensed milk and cocoa, mix to a homogeneous consistency.
Step 8:
Add condensed milk to the oil and knead it well to a homogeneous state. The cream is ready.
Step 9:
Now we lubricate each meringue with cream and spread it with a slide, gluing it to each other.
Step 10:
Pour the chocolate mass on top. In such a cake, you can add chopped nuts, grated chocolate, sour berries, if desired. Cranberries or lingonberries will be especially appropriate - they will perfectly dilute the sweet taste of the cake with their sourness!
Count's Ruins cake with meringue is a delicious dessert.
