Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to cook chicken with avocado? Measure out the required ingredients. Wash the vegetables and meat well, then dry them with paper towels.
Step 2:
Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into two parts, not reaching the edge of 1 cm .
Step 3:
Spread out the fillet with a book and lightly chop it off.
Step 4:
Put the chicken in a bowl, pour soy sauce over it and leave to marinate.
Step 5:
While the meat is marinating, peel the avocado, remove the bone. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Tomato (I have two of them, because they are small) also cut into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic and basil.
Step 6:
Wash, dry and finely chop the basil.
Step 7:
Combine avocado and tomato in a separate plate. Pour lemon juice over them so that the avocado does not darken.
Step 8:
Add chopped basil and garlic passed through the press to the vegetables.
Step 9:
Mix everything well.
Step 10:
Remove the breasts from the marinade, let the excess liquid drain. Don't pour out the marinade - we'll need it later. Stuff the breasts tightly with the resulting fruit and vegetable salad.
Step 11:
Fasten the edges of the breasts with wooden skewers or toothpicks.
Step 12:
Put the breasts in a baking dish, pour the soy sauce remaining after marinating and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
Step 13:
Bake the breasts in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 ° C, periodically pouring sauce over them from the bottom of the mold. Serve chicken with avocado with a salad of fresh vegetables.
There was only one avocado fruit left from the salad and I decided to cook something beautiful to look at and interesting to taste. I have been looking for a suitable recipe for a long time and stopped at this. In addition to the breast, you can stuff a whole chicken or a small chicken in this way.
The dish can be both festive and everyday. Chicken in this form can be served with any salads, any side dishes.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
