Step 1:
Cut everything for the filling.
Step 2:

Chop the greens. Peel boiled eggs.
Step 5:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Lay out the onion. Fry quickly over high heat.
Step 6:
After a minute, add the carrots and fry them with onions.
Step 7:
Lay out the cabbage and fry everything together without reducing the heat. Make sure that the cabbage does not burn. When the cabbage is lightly fried, reduce the heat and simmer until tender.
Step 8:
Add chopped eggs and fresh herbs.
Step 9:
Mix everything and the filling is ready. Turn on the oven and preheat to 180° degrees.
Step 10:
Break the eggs, add sugar to them, mix salt.
Step 11:
Mix flour with soda. Here, add kefir, all the flour and knead a smooth homogeneous dough.
Step 12:
Add melted butter to the finished dough.
Step 13:
Pour two thirds of the dough into a mold or frying pan.
Step 14:
Carefully put the filling into the dough.
Step 15:
Pour the remaining dough on top and gently smooth it out.
Step 16:
Put the pie in the oven for about 40 minutes (180° degrees). Grease the finished cake with butter.
Step 17:
Carefully remove from the mold.
