    Pour parts of flour, sifted several times through a sieve to enrich it with oxygen, and mix gently.

    Preparing the cream. Condensed milk is whipped with a blender with butter and a pinch of vanilla. Who likes sweeter, can add powdered sugar.

    Dried apricots, prunes and nuts are thoroughly washed, cut into small pieces. We collect the cake. One cake is smeared with cream, sprinkle with prunes, dried apricots and nuts.
