Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Drive two large eggs into a bowl.
Step 3:
Add sugar and cocoa to the eggs.
Step 4:
Beat thoroughly with a whisk or mixer so that the sugar completely dissolves.
Step 5:
Pour kefir into the mixture (it is better to use cold, immediately from the refrigerator). Mix with a whisk.
Step 6:
Pour in sunflower oil, mix.
Step 7:
Add soda, slaked with vinegar.
Step 8:
Pour parts of flour, sifted several times through a sieve to enrich it with oxygen, and mix gently.
Step 9:
Let the dough stand for about 20 minutes so that the dough is well enriched with carbon dioxide due to the reaction of kefir and soda slaked with vinegar. During this time, we warm up the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 10:
Cover the form with foil, lubricate it with sunflower oil and pour the dough into it. Bake for about 20 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick.
Step 11:
When the cake is baked, take it out. Let it cool down a little, cut it lengthwise into two. The edges are cut off, we will need them for sprinkling.
Step 12:
Preparing the cream. Condensed milk is whipped with a blender with butter and a pinch of vanilla. Who likes sweeter, can add powdered sugar.
Step 13:
Dried apricots, prunes and nuts are thoroughly washed, cut into small pieces. We collect the cake. One cake is smeared with cream, sprinkle with prunes, dried apricots and nuts.
Step 14:
Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.
Step 15:
Cover with the second cake. Lubricate the top with cream. Sprinkle on top and sides with crushed crumbs and grated chocolate.
Step 16:
Decorate with candies (poppy flowers) or any other as desired. We leave the cake overnight in the refrigerator for impregnation. Have a nice tea party!
