Step 2:
So let's get started. The dough can be prepared in two ways. Method 1 Beat the yolks with 0.5 cups of sugar, add flour, mix. Separately, with a mixer, beat the proteins with the remaining sugar into a strong foam. Carefully, stirring in one direction, mix the protein foam with the dough. So we will get an airy sponge cake.
Step 3:
Method 2 Without separating the whites from the yolks, beat the eggs with all the sugar. With all 1 glass, and not with everything that is in the house :). Add flour, mix. So we get a denser pie.
Step 4:
Then everything is very simple. Apples are washed, cleaned, cut into cubes or slices. I like it more in slices, it's more beautiful this way. The mold for the future pie is slightly heated to make it easier to lubricate 20 g of butter. After greasing, sprinkle the mold with flour or breadcrumbs.
Step 5:
We spread the apples. The remaining butter is cut into pieces and picturesquely, but evenly, spread out between the apples.
Step 6:
Pour the dough on top. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for 20-30 minutes (the exact time depends on your oven!). We check for readiness by piercing the pie with a match or toothpick. If the dough doesn't stick, it means it's ready.
