Step 1:
First prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2:
Take the butter at room temperature and add sugar to it.
Step 3:
Mix everything well until a homogeneous consistency. Add eggs.
Step 4:
Mix everything again and add flour and soda.
Step 5:
Knead a soft elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
Step 6:
Divide the dough into two parts, one of which is smaller.
Step 7:
Wrap the smaller part with cling film and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes
Step 8:
Take the mold, sprinkle it with a little flour and put most of the dough into it, making the sides. We put the form in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 9:
We take out the form with the dough from the refrigerator and put a uniform layer of raspberry jam into it.
Step 10:
Then we take out a small part of the dough from the freezer. Three of them on a grater on top of jam.
Step 11:
Put the pie in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Bake until a beautiful brown color.
Step 12:
Raspberry jam pie is ready! Enjoy your meal.
