Step 1:
To make a quick pie on mayonnaise, take flour, eggs, sugar, mayonnaise, baking powder, dried apricots, a pinch of salt.
Step 2:
Mix all the dry ingredients first: flour, baking powder, sugar, salt.
Step 3:
Then add liquid: mayonnaise, eggs. Knead the dough, it turns out thicker than sour cream. Knead it well with a fork or spatula until smooth, so that no lumps remain.
Step 4:
Cut the dried apricots soaked in advance, washed and drained into small cubes. You can take any candied fruits, raisins, nuts.
Step 5:
Add dried apricots to the dough, mix.
Step 6:
Pour the dough into a baking dish, lining it with baking paper.
Step 7:
Bake a quick pie on mayonnaise in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-35 minutes. Check readiness, as always, with a wooden skewer.
Step 8:
Cool the ready-made quick pie on mayonnaise, cut into portions and serve with tea, coffee, milk.
