Aspic pie with cabbage and minced meat is easy to cook and not for long. To do this, take sour cream, eggs, flour, minced meat and baking powder.
1. Make the dough: mix sour cream and eggs, add flour with baking powder. Knead until smooth.
2. Do the filling: lightly fry the minced meat in a frying pan, adding a little oil. Add finely chopped cabbage, salt. Cool it down.
3. Line the baking dish with baking paper. Pour part of the dough on the bottom, then put the cabbage filling with minced meat on the dough. Pour over the remaining dough.
4. Put in an oven heated to 180 degrees for half an hour, at the end I usually reduce the temperature to 150.
