Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. To cook turkey hedgehogs with rice, we will need: turkey minced meat; broth or water; rice; carrots; tomato paste; ground black pepper and salt.

Peel and grate the carrots on a medium or coarse grater.

With wet hands, form round balls of the same size from the resulting minced meat. They should be slightly larger than a walnut.

Dilute tomato paste in broth.

Put the hedgehogs in a deep baking dish.

Pour broth with tomato paste.

Bake hedgehogs in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 40 minutes.
