The culinary recipe for an amazing dessert called "Sancho Pancho" cake is one of many recipes for which there is a real hunt on the Internet. There are many variations of it, I give the simplest and, in my opinion, the most delicious. This is the famous Moscow cake, having the appearance of such a slide or cone. Due to its shape, Sancho Pancho is often confused with the "Count's Ruins" cake, but these are completely different delicacies.
Together with sugar, beat eggs in a mixer at high speed (we take one glass of sugar). Sift the flour, add baking powder, mix well and put in the eggs, knead the dough. We send our dough in a round shape to a heated oven and bake until ready at 180 degrees. Remove, cool and cut into two halves. The bottom part is the base of the cake, it should remain intact. We put it immediately on a round tray. The upper part is cut into small pieces. Now beat the sour cream with the second part of the sugar in a mixer until it is fluffy. Cut the bananas into slices. Each piece of cake is dipped in sour cream and placed in an even layer on the bottom cake. Cover with a layer of bananas, then again – cakes in cream. As a result, we should have such a "turret". At the end, pour the remaining cream over this turret, and on top we make thin streaks (like cobwebs) of melted chocolate. Our food should stand in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
