Soft Butter grind with sugar and salt, then add eggs one at a time. Stir and add the chocolate melted in a water bath, baking powder. Beat the resulting mass, add the sifted flour and beat again.
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, rub it with eggs and vanilla sugar, pour in condensed milk. Beat, add flour and mix well.
1/3 of the chocolate dough put in a form lined with parchment paper for baking. Put 6 spoons of cottage cheese on top at a small distance from each other.Put a tablespoon of chocolate dough on top of each curd "circle" and continue until the dough is finished.
Use a knife to draw shallow zigzag lines along the top.
Bake the marble cake at 180 gr. for 45 minutes.
