In the bowl of the combine combine dry ingredients: 2 types of flour, sugar, starch and soda.
Step 3:
Mix together milk, vegetable oil and vanilla tincture.
Step 4:
Add liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and knead the soft dough. We roll the dough into a ball.
Step 5:
Roll out the dough into a layer 2 mm thick, cut out the cookies with the help of molds.
Step 6:
Spread the cookies on a baking sheet, prick with a fork.
Step 7:
And bake in a preheated 180 C oven for about 7-10 minutes. Cookies are baked quickly, they should be slightly browned on the sides.
