Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Peel and slice the garlic.
Step 2:
Break the bay leaf into small pieces.
Step 3:
Put the brisket on foil and make deep incisions (pockets) on all sides for scupping.
Step 4:
Fill the incisions with garlic and lavrushka.
Step 5:
Salt and pepper the meat to taste from all sides. Here you can add your favorite spices and herbs.
Step 6:
Wrap the brisket in 3-4 layers of foil.
Step 7:
Put the package on a baking sheet or in an oven dish, pour about 0.7 cm of water on the bottom of the mold and put the meat to bake for 2 hours at 200 degrees. When the water evaporates, add a new one.
Step 8:
Let the brisket rest a little in foil, and then you can cut it warm or completely cool it for the future.
