Step-by-step cooking
I do it like this:
To start, I defrost the dough according to the instructions. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Meanwhile, I peel and finely chop the onion. Minced meat is better to take chilled, not frozen. So, I put finely chopped onion in the minced meat, drive in 1 egg, salt and pepper and mix everything thoroughly. The minced meat should become soft and smooth.
When the dough is defrosted, I cut it into squares. I break the second egg, separating the white from the yolk. The prepared squares of their dough are smeared with egg white around the edges. With a spoon, I carefully spread the minced meat in the middle of the squares and seal the pies in the shape of triangles.
I cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the pies on it. I lubricate them with egg yolk on top so that they are well browned. Bake in the oven at an average level of 30-40 minutes. I serve puff pastry with meat on the table, while they are hot.
