Melt the butter and cool it a little. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla and a pinch of salt to the butter, stir everything well. Mix the flour with baking powder and send it to the oil mixture. Dried fruits and nuts, if required, are crushed and added to the dough. Mix everything well. Divide the dough into 2 parts and form two bars with wet hands, put them on a baking sheet and bake at a temperature of 180 C – 20-25 minutes. Next, we take out the batochniki from the oven, cool slightly and cut into slices about 1.5 cm thick. We put them back on the baking sheet and send them to the oven for another 10 -15 minutes until golden, to dry.
