Cut orange circles 2 mm each, pour sugar into a preheated frying pan, add water,
cook the syrup, then spread the orange rings. Stew the rings on both sides for 2 minutes. Then we put it on a plate.
Stir eggs and sugar, add zest, orange juice, vegetable oil, starch, semolina.
Add baking powder to the sifted flour, mix. We will start adding flour to the egg mass in portions and knead the dough, the dough turns out like thick sour cream.
The form is covered with a Teflon mat or baking paper, greased with oil. We spread the orange rings, and pour the dough on top.
Bake at 190’ 35 minutes. We put it on the grill, let it cool down a little, lubricate with the remaining orange syrup.
