Cooking method
1. Turn on the oven for preheating to 200-210 degrees Celsius.
2. Sift wheat flour into a bowl. This will rid it of various impurities and enrich it with oxygen, which will make the baking more airy in the future. Add baking powder to the flour and mix the dry products well with each other.
Cut the butter into small pieces and mix with flour and baking powder with your hands. As a result, you should get a kind of small crumbly crumb.
3. Heat the milk a little and put honey in it. Carefully stir the honey until it completely dissolves in the milk. If the honey is very thick, then you should first melt it in a water bath or in a microwave.
4. Pour the milk and honey into the butter crumbs of flour. Add a little apple cider vinegar. We knead elastic, but at the same time soft, dough with our hands. If you need more flour, then add it as needed during the kneading process. After we put the dough in a bowl and cover it so that it does not dry out. We leave him alone for about 15 minutes.
5. After the specified time, we take the dough out of the bowl and roll it out with a rolling pin into a sheet no more than 0.5 cm thick. Next, we cut out round-shaped cookies with a curly glass, in the middle, if desired, you can make a small pattern.
6. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and carefully transfer the round dough pieces to it. We put the baking sheet in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the cookies are covered with a golden brown crust.
The finished biscuits can be stored in a closed box and consumed with warm milk or cocoa.
