Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Let's make a biscuit! In a bowl, beat 3 eggs and pour 250 grams of sugar. Beat with a mixer until a fluffy light mass. Pour 50 milliliters of strong coffee and 180 milliliters of kefir into the egg mixture. Add 100 grams of soft butter and mix with a mixer until smooth.
Step 2:
Pour one and a half teaspoons of baking powder into 280 grams of flour and sift 80 grams of cocoa through a fine sieve. Mix until smooth.
Step 3:
Pour the dry ingredients into the liquid mass. Mix and beat with a mixer until smooth. The dough is ready!
Step 4:
Bake a pie! We put the finished dough into a mold with a diameter of 22 centimeters and carefully level it with a spatula. We send the pie to the preheated oven to 190 degrees and bake for 35 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick or a wooden skewer. Let the finished pie cool completely and cut the pie into 2 parts
Step 5:
Let's do the impregnation! Pour 200 milliliters of water into a saucepan , pour 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of coffee. Stir and send to the fire until the sugar is completely dissolved. We impregnate each half of the pie well with coffee impregnation.
Step 6:
Let's do the icing! Pour 6 tablespoons of ready-made coffee into a saucepan and pour 4 tablespoons of sugar. Add 3 tablespoons of cocoa and 20 grams of butter. We send it to the fire and cook until a homogeneous, smooth mass.
Step 7:
Putting the pie together! We will smear the bottom part of the cake with the finished glaze, cover with the second part and the remaining coffee impregnation smear up and sides of the pie. Pour the rest of the glaze on top and spread it with a spoon all over the pie. We send it to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours so that the glaze is completely frozen. Cut the finished pie and serve it to the table. It turns out to be stunningly delicious and with a light aroma of coffee. It's a pleasure to eat this pie, and go
