Cooking method
Add salt, sugar, flax seed and sesame to the sifted wheat flour. Mix it.
Mix water with vegetable oil and bring to a boil. Pour hot water with butter into the flour mixture. Quickly mix with a spatula.
Knead the hot dough, put it on a surface sprinkled with flour, and knead a smooth, elastic dough.
Divide into two parts and wrap each in plastic wrap, leaving for 15 minutes.
Remove the dough from the film and put it on baking paper, sprinkled with flour. Roll out into a thin layer (2-3 mm.).
Prick the layer with a fork, trim its edges and cut into pieces.
Do the same with the remaining test.
Transfer a sheet of paper with the blanks to a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 200 °C oven for 12-20 minutes. (to a slight ruddiness), depending on the thickness of the rolled layer.
