Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients
Step 2:
In a large bowl, combine the butter at room temperature, sugar, egg and beat with a mixer on high speed until the mixture becomes airy and light.
Step 3:
Sift the flour, add salt, soda and cinnamon. Introduce the flour mixture with oat flakes into the liquid ingredients. Mix until the components are combined.
Step 4:
Add the filling and mix again.
Step 5:
Cover the dough with a film and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
Step 6:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Form pucks from the cooled dough and place on a baking sheet at a distance of 5 cm from each other. Bake for 12-15 minutes. The cookies should be browned at the edges, but the top remains light and soft (it may seem that the cookies are not baked yet - this is normal).
Step 7:
Cool the finished cookies and serve. Bon appetit!
