Cooking method
Beat the chicken egg with sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add sour cream, soda and salt and beat well again. Add the sifted flour and cocoa powder in portions, mix with a mixer. When almost all the flour has been added, we knead the dough with our hands to a soft elastic state, form a ball from it, put it in a plastic bag and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll out a layer about 1 cm thick and cut out cookies from the dough with the help of molds or a glass. We cover the baking sheet with baking paper and put cookies on it. We send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. When the cookies are browned, they are ready.
Cookies made according to this recipe do not harden for a long time, remain soft and delicious. Bon appetit!
