Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
I prepare the necessary products for baskets with cream and berries. I prepared the shortbread baskets in advance.
Step 2:
Pour milk into the pan and heat it up.
Step 3:
In a separate container, mix eggs, starch and sugar into a homogeneous mass.
Step 4:
I pour the mixture into the warmed milk and, stirring constantly, heat it over low heat until the desired consistency is thick.
Step 5:
Remove from heat, put in another container, cover with cling film and let it cool.
Step 6:
While the milk mixture cools, I whip the cooled cream.
Step 7:
I add butter and whipped cream to the cooled mass, mix everything.
Step 8:
Dilute the jelly with 1 cup of hot water, add the berries and let cool.
Step 9:
I cut an orange into slices for decoration.
Step 10:
I put cream in a basket, berries with jelly on the cream and decorate with orange.
Step 11:
I put the jelly in the refrigerator to solidify. Have a nice tea party!!!
