Step 2:
Milk is slightly heated, divided into two parts. In one half we breed yeast and 1 tbsp.l. sugar.
Step 3:
In the rest of the milk, dissolve the butter, 1 tbsp sugar, beat in the egg.
Step 4:
Sift flour and salt into a bowl.
Step 5:
Make a recess in the flour, pour in the milk and egg, mix lightly. Pour in the milk with yeast.
Step 6:
Knead the dough. It's soft, sticky. Cover the bowl with the dough and leave it in the heat to rise for about 2 hours.
Step 7:
For the filling, mix the chopped nuts with sugar.
Step 8:
That's how our dough rose. The volume increased 2-2.5 times.
Step 9:
Carefully spread the dough on a floured table and roll out into a rectangle. I got 2 such rectangular layers.
Step 10:
We divide each layer into 4 more parts. Each part is lubricated with melted (not hot) oil.
Step 11:
Sprinkle with nut filling.
Step 12:
And roll loosely into rolls. Grease the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with nuts and sugar. Let it stand for 30 minutes.
Step 13:
Bake buns at 180 degrees. 20-25 minutes until ruddy.
Step 14:
