Chicken breast baked with broccoli in cheese sauce

Soft chicken meat with a side dish of broccoli in cream. This dish combines meat and vegetable side dish, which is very convenient - you do not need to cook something else additionally. Thanks to the sour cream marinade and cream, the meat turns out very tender, and the cheese forms a delicious semi-crunchy crust on the surface.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 hours

1. Wash broccoli and disassemble into inflorescences.

2. Cut chicken fillet into medium pieces. Pour sour cream over the meat, add salt, pepper and mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

3. Sauce. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix with cream.

4. Put broccoli and chicken fillet in a baking dish, pour cream cheese sauce.

5. Bake for about 40 minutes at 200C.
