Cooking method
1. We make sausage from sour dough and divide it into equal parts. We form round buns, wrapping the edges of the dough inside.
2. Put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and greased with vegetable oil. Shake the yolks and grease the buns with them for a golden color. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3. Let the dough rise and put it in the preheated oven for half an hour. Bake at 180 degrees, as the buns become ruddy, so they are ready and we can get them out of the oven.
