Step 1:
Beat eggs with 240g. sugar, until the weight is doubled. Add kefir, cocoa, flour and mix well. Quench the soda with lemon juice and add it to the dough.
Step 2:
We take a detachable baking dish with a diameter of 22 centimeters and cover the bottom with parchment. Fill the mold with dough and bake it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
Step 3:
While the cake is baking, we prepare the cream. Beat the butter with the rest of the sugar, add sour cream and continue to beat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 4:
Cut the cooled biscuit into three parts. We smear the cakes with cream, leaving the top of the last cake empty, and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 5:
Melt chocolate with cream in a water bath. Cover the cake with chocolate icing and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
