Cooking method
1. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the milk and add all the ingredients: butter, sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix and add the flour in parts. As soon as a lump begins to form, add the eggs and knead well.
2. Transfer to a cooking bag and squeeze out the strips on a baking sheet, leaving a place between them for lifting. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
3. While baking, we prepare the interlayer. Mix the fat sour cream with condensed milk.
4. Melt the milk chocolate.
5. We take out the blanks as they cool down, put them on a dish, pouring cream. Decorate the top of the cake with melted chocolate. And we put it in the refrigerator for impregnation for 5-8 hours.
