Cooking method
1. We need to soften the butter (or margarine) in a water bath or in the microwave.
2. Beat the butter with white sugar.
3. Mix eggs with butter.
4. Add the sifted flour and soda to the dough. Mix everything thoroughly.
5. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Add another half cup of flour to one part and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
6. Roll out the dough into a layer and spread it on a greased baking sheet.
7. Spread the apple jam in an even layer.
8. Take out the rest of the dough from the freezer and rub it on top with a uniform layer.
9. Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees, until golden brown.
10. The pie should be allowed to cool. Cut and enjoy!
