Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Cut a loaf (baguette) slices, sprinkle with olive oil (it will take up to 20 ml).

2. Cut the mozzarella into thin plates, spread on each slice of bread.

3. Place the bruschetta on a large baking sheet, send it to the oven, preheated to 400 degrees. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until the bread and cheese are slightly toasted.

4. I wash tomatoes, and at the same time basil. Tomatoes are dried with paper towels, cut into cubes. Basil is also dried, crushed with a sharp knife.

5. Put the prepared tomatoes and basil in a bowl, pour in the remaining olive oil, add balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, then mix gently.

6. We spread the vegetable mixture on the hot bruschetta, and serve it on the table!

Merry get-togethers and bon appetit!
