Cooking method
Wash the chicken thighs, cut into a couple of pieces. The bones can be removed so that more meat can fit into the jar. Put the chicken in a bowl, sprinkle liberally with spices, garlic powder and peppers.
Peel the onion, cut into large cubes, add to the meat. Do not forget to add salt and bay leaf.
Fill a clean, sterile jar with meat and spices not to the very edge, then add a little boiled water (a couple of tablespoons will be enough).
Cover the jar with foil and place it in a convenient baking dish. Send the form with the jar to a cold oven, set the temperature to 120 degrees. Let the oven warm up for half an hour, then increase the temperature to 180 degrees and bake the chicken for about 2.5 hours.
After this time, do not rush to get the workpiece: let it cool down a little in the oven so that the jar does not burst from a sharp temperature drop. Then remove the jar from the oven, roll it up with a sterile lid (I pre-boil the lid), turn it upside down and leave it to cool completely.
Meat preparations should be stored in a cold place for no more than 6 months.
Cook with love!
