Cooking method
Break the eggs into a deep bowl (or into the bowl of a mixer, if any), pour out the sugar and beat until a dense light mass is formed.
Sift flour together with baking powder, cocoa powder is also sifted.
Put coffee in a small cup, pour boiling water (40 ml), stir.
In the beaten eggs, we introduce dry ingredients in parts: flour with baking powder and cocoa powder. Gently knead the dough using a wooden or silicone spatula.
Then pour the rest of the boiling water (40 ml) and dissolved coffee into the finished dough, stir, pour in vegetable oil, mix again. The dough turns out not very liquid (about like pancakes).
We line the bottom of the split mold with parchment, pour the dough into it and bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes (it can be cooked earlier if the oven is more powerful).
We remove the biscuit from the split mold and let it cool on the grill.
