Cooking method
1. Break the eggs into a deep container, add regular sugar and vanilla sugar, beat with a mixer.
2. Margarine is completely melted (to a liquid state).
3. Kefir is poured into a separate container, add soda, mix.
4. Combine the eggs with kefir, mix again.
5. We introduce powdered milk and melted margarine.
6. Sift starch into the resulting mass, then flour. Mix everything together.
7. Grease the molds with vegetable oil and put the dough in them.
8. Bake the waffles in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees for 12 minutes, then remove from the mold, spread the other side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake at the same temperature, only a little less in time - about 8 minutes.
Let the waffles cool down, pour them with raspberry syrup and melted chocolate.
