Cooking method
Put nuts, seeds, sugar, oat flakes and cinnamon in a deep bowl, pour vegetable oil, mix well.
Put pumpkin puree in a small bowl, pour maple syrup into it, mix.
Mix the contents of two bowls, rubbing with your hands, as carefully as possible distribute the pumpkin mixture over the dry ingredients.
We line the baking sheet with parchment, spread the mixture, level it.
We send it to bake in the oven, preheated to 150 degrees (if there is, use convection), for 40 minutes. During the baking process, do not forget to mix the granola a couple of times.
Let it cool right on the baking sheet, then add the raisins.
At this stage, we transfer the granola to a jar for storage, or immediately serve it on the table.
Enjoy your health!
