Cooking method
1. The tender macrurus should be cleaned, rinsed and cut into steaks 2 cm thick. Then rub with olive oil and salt to taste.
2. Grease the bottom of the mold with oil and place the fish steaks tightly together.
3. Place the olives on top in circles and grate the cheese.
4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
5. Serve the dish to the table hot, garnished with herbs.
