Cooking method
1. The dough needs to be defrosted, then cut it into squares, rectangles or triangles. Also choose the size to your taste - you can bake very small puffs, literally for one bite, or you can have more. For example, I prefer medium-sized rectangles.
2. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, put future puffs on it.
3. Break the egg into a small bowl, whisk with a whisk or fork. Lubricate the puffs with it.
4. Sprinkle the greased puffs with sugar on top.
5. Put the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
6. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
7. Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven. The temperature contrast will make the puffs more airy and lush.
8. Bake the puffs until browning, which will take about 10 minutes.
Sweet tea party!
