Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Sift flour into a bowl. Add salt and egg.
Step 2:
Adding water, knead the dough - elastic and smooth. We give you a rest.
Step 3:
For the filling, mix the minced meat, finely chopped onion, grated potatoes, salt and pepper.
Step 4:
Divide the dough into 8 parts - 4 identical larger and 4 identical smaller. First we roll out 4 large ones and put them one on top of the other, smearing with sunflower oil. If desired, trim the edge exactly.
Step 5:
We spread the minced meat on these layers, distribute it, retreating from the edge by about 3 cm.
Step 6:
Roll out 4 smaller pieces of dough and, just smearing the layers, put them on top of the stuffing.
Step 7:
Do not lubricate the top layer.
Step 8:
Pinch the edge and make cuts in the center - with a cross or as you like.
Step 9:
Lubricate with egg. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 10:
Grease the hot crust with butter. Wrap the pie in a film to become soft.
Step 11:
Can be served.
