Step 1:
Preparing the dough for our cupcakes: 1 bowl for wet ingredients, 2 bowls for dry. 1 bowl: mix milk, butter, egg and lemon juice - mix well 2 bowl: mix flour, baking powder, sugar - mix well , then add the dry mixture to the wet one, mix gently, small lumps - it's not scary, we don't get carried away with mixing so that the cupcakes don't get too hard.
Step 2:
Lay out the dough into baking molds, 1 tbsp, then 1/2 h l of jam (I like cherry most of all), then 1/2 tbsp of dough, and put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees
Step 3:
After cooking, sprinkle with powdered sugar! Cupcakes are beautiful with a dome and very tasty! Enjoy your meal!
