I kneaded the dough with a combine. Pour the sifted flour into the bowl, add fresh yeast and grind into crumbs.

Add salt and sugar, mix everything thoroughly.

Turn on the combine and add warm water in small portions. When the dough has gathered into a bun, add olive oil, stir in all the oil.

We spread the dough on the work surface and hang it with our hands until smooth. We leave the dough for 15-20 minutes in a warm place to rest.

Ingredients for the filling.

Add chopped garlic and basil to the soft butter. Take the amount of garlic and basil to your taste. Mix well. Our sauce is ready.

Grate the cheeses.
Step 9:
Crumble the dough that has come up and divide it into 2 equal buns. Before forming a pizza, be sure to warm up the oven to the maximum temperature (I have 230 C), the baking tray on which you will bake the pizza is also heated in the oven, it should heat up well.
Step 10:
Roll out the dough on baking paper. Cover the base with butter sauce.
Step 11:
Spread half of the cheese on top, spread the filling slightly retreating from the edges. When the oven has warmed up, carefully transfer the pizza to a hot baking sheet and bake until golden (10 minutes was enough for me).
Step 12:
We get 2 pizzas that are eaten instantly! Cut the hot pizza into pieces, sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top and enjoy! Help yourself!
