Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients.
Step 2:
Melt margarine or butter, let cool.
Step 3:
Prepare the dough. Just mix all the ingredients. Beat the eggs with sugar, pour in sour cream, melted margarine.
Step 4:
Then stir in the flour and soda until smooth.
Step 5:
Grease a baking sheet and pour in the dough, put it to bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes (focus on your oven).
Step 6:
Preparing the decoration. Peel the apples from the core, cut into slices 1-2 mm thick. Cut the orange into circles, too, as thinly as possible. Peel the kiwi, cut it lengthwise – these will be leaves.
Step 7:
Prepare the syrup. Boil water, add sugar.
Step 8:
When the sugar has dissolved, dip the apple slices and orange circles into the syrup. Cook for 5 minutes so that the orange becomes softer. Then drain the syrup.
Step 9:
Making roses. Lay out the apple slices.
Step 10:
And roll them up.
Step 11:
The rosette turned out.
Step 12:
Also make a rose from an orange, but it will need to be fastened with a toothpick so that the orange mugs hold their shape. When you put it on the cake, remove the toothpick.
Step 13:
Focus on the size of the cake, if you see that there are a lot of apple slices, as I did, then I left them to put in the layer of the cake.
Step 14:
Leave the finished cake to cool.
Step 15:
Prepare the cream. Whisk the softened butter with condensed milk, put it in the refrigerator so that the cream becomes thicker.
Step 16:
Cut the cake into two, smear with cream.
Step 17:
I put extra apple slices. Cover the top with a second cake and smear the whole cake with cream.
Step 18:
Decorate the cake. Place the kiwi slices on the edge. Decide in which place there will be a rose from an orange. And then put out apple roses.
Step 19:
I laid out the flowers in the shape of a heart, you can go in a circle, and an orange rose in the center, as your imagination will tell you.
Step 20:
Pink Tenderness cake is ready! Bon appetit to all!
